La lista se basa en el precio promedio de una botella estándar (750 ml). Para ser incluido en la lista, un vino debe tener al menos 10 ofertas que abarca al menos cuatro cosechas (dos de los cuales debe haber sido en los últimos 10 años). Estilos de vino que no se liberan normalmente sobre una base añotras año se excluyen de esta regla – esto incluye Champagne, Madeira, Puerto, Vin Santo,Beerenauslese, Trockenbeerenauslese y Eiswein. Embotellados especiales – como el PenfoldsAmpolla – también están excluidos de la lista.
La información se extrae de la base de datos de 55,512 listas de precios, un total de 8,086,474 ofertas de vinos.
